Benefits
FUEL CARD PROGRAM
The fuel card program offers members reduced fuel crosts at thousands of truck stops nationwide. Typical rates are actual wholesale plus 2 to 3 cents with no transaction fees. The card is accepted at over 9,000 truck stops in the U.S. and Canada. Cash can be issued on the card or the card can be used at any ATM PLUS network machine in the U.S. or Canada. Participating member companies also have access to E-Stop, a fuel price and news information service that provides daily and historical diesel and gasoline prices along with NYMEX energy quotes, petroleum market news and a host of other critical data related to buying, selling, trading or marketing fuel.
FLEET MAINTENANCE DISCOUNTS
AHFA members that sign a service agreement with FleetNet America receive a group discount of 10 percent off roadside service fee for roadside emergency assistance, and 8 percent off the monthly program fee for units maintained in their TMcare group. A network of 60,000 truck repair vendors and 3,000 select towers are used to provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services, vehicle repair and emergency road services.

CREDIT CARD SAVINGS
Companies have experienced a growing rate of credit card orders, not just from designers and small retail companies, but, increasingly, from larger accounts, as well. Processing fees can add up to tens of thousands of dollars – so AHFA negotiated a group program to bring the absolute lowest possible processing rates to our members! For a free comparison of processing rates, members should simply forward a current bank statement to Elavon's Liz Harpst at

SCHOLARSHIP GOLF TOURNAMENT
The Annual Suppliers Division Scholarship Golf Tournament is held each June. Sponsorship opportunities are available for the Tournament. The scholarships are issued in two equal installments in June and December of the year in which the award is granted. Checks are made payable to the educational institution. Scholarship applications are due January 31 each year, and the recipients are announced in April. The program is open to both manufacturer and supplier members of the Alliance.
