Solana Named Cory's VP of Client Relations

Powell Slaughter - Furniture Today, February 27, 2018 - SECAUCUS, N.J. – Last-mile delivery specialist Cory Cos. has promoted Luisa Solana to vice president of client relations. With the promotion, Solana also joins Cory’s executive committee.

Solana, who had been director of client relations, will continue to lead the Cory client-relations team. She is responsible for identifying client needs, providing CTQ (Critical to Quality) solutions, identifying value additional practices that enhance client satisfaction, opportunities for growth, organizing account reviews and managing client communications.

As a member of the Cory executive committee, Solana joins other committee members who are responsible for strategic and financial management of the business.

Solana began her career with Cory as a dispatcher/router in January 2007 and quickly advanced into managerial positions within the company. She served as a customer service manager, office administrator, facility manager and key account manager. In her recent role as director of client relations, Solana has been a steward of the “CORY Way” and ambassador of client brands.

Solana attended Barry University where she became a Medical Laboratory Technologist, and Florida International University where she majored in marketing. She currently is pursuing a Master’s Certificate in Business Analysis and Intelligence at Villanova University.
